Knowing what you have:

On: Yes! You have something to give. Yes, you are enough.

I remember one day looking at a handicrafter in Mexico, he only had threads, and he would build beautiful bracelets, and it was simple, some key threads and a product. He knew he had something to give; he had threads, he had artistic abilities, and creativity.

I often find that for people, it is very complex to start making a difference. They find it challenging, and sometimes they find that they feel that what they have isn’t enough, maybe the feeling of not credentialed enough, not ready, or imposter syndrome or inner critic can kick in, and then the person will go into inaction or a self-improvement spiral instead of service. While I am a big advocate on self-improvement and personal growth, I often find that it is very important to see where the difference between perfecting is something before sharing it with the world and realizing that the perfection gets in the way of sharing it with others.
